This is the only Imported Irish ham you will find in the USA. The pork used in these hams is fully traceable to one of the many family farms in Ireland where the pig was reared. The hams are produced and packaged in Ireland. Inside the outer packaging, the ham is wrapped in a food grade wax paper which allows the ham to retain its shape if baking or boiling. There is a lean layer of fat on the back of these hams for beautiful presentation and it will hold a glaze very well. Each ham is approximately 3 kg or 6.6lb. A Ham will feed about 12 people.
