This is the only Imported Boiling Bacon you will find in the USA. The pork used in this boiling bacon is fully traceable to one of the many family farms in Ireland where the pig was reared. It proudly carries the Bord Bia Quality assurance mark which guarantees that they produced and packaged in Ireland using 100% Irish pork. This is boiling bacon is cured using the Donnelly recipe used in Ireland for over a century. Not to be confused with corned beef which is an American only invention, this is the bacon used in bacon and cabbage always eaten in Ireland. Each is approximately 1.5 kg or 3.3lb and will easily feed about 6 – 8 people.
